you're welcome! ^^ umm.... first of all I use Aegisub, then I use style manager to change the color, font etc... also to assign the particular style to a particular line or person... then I use virtualdub to hardsub, make sure you have vsfilter.dll for the softsub you made. virtualdub works with avi files, oh and you'll need divx for it to work as well. ^_._^
